Dioctyl Adipate (DOA)

Dioctyl Adipate (DOA) is another plasticizer oil used in the production of soft PVC compounds. This oil belongs to the aliphatic family and is produced by the esterification of diethyl hexanol alcohol and adipic acid. Therefore, it is considered a non-phthalate plasticizer. DOA is a clear oily liquid with long shelf life, insoluble in water, high cold resistance, low viscosity, and provides desirable physical and mechanical changes without altering the chemical structure of the polymer, making it one of the best alternatives to DOP.
Khorram Plastic Company, as one of the largest manufacturers of this oil, using modern technology and expert workforce, has managed to play a significant role in the domestic production of this product with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.
